Service Technician - Carrollton, TX

Responsibilities

- Travel to customers' homes to assess and service windows and doors.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to installation or manufacturing.
- Perform repairs and adjustments with a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Complete and submit warranty documentation promptly and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing a positive and supportive experience.

Qualifications

- Experience as a service technician, finish carpenter, or similar trade (preferred).
- A commitment to excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Proficiency with Apple devices and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to complete full window/door installations, including trim work.
- Valid US Driver's License.
