Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers. Support Clinicians by conducting intake, admission, and screenings with minors, and document results according to SWK standards as needed. Collaborate with Lead Clinician on consulting for possible referral to external focused interventions, outpatient, or inpatient services. Collaborate with treatment team members and minors to develop treatment plans. Facilitate educational and group counseling sessions. Continually monitor the well-being of minors and arrange for appropriate third-party mental health services as needed. Provide consultation and documentation regarding minors' functioning, mental health status, and treatment needs. Provide clinical services within Southwest Key, in accordance with licensing, and funding source guidelines. Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor. Master's degree in social work and 5 years of full-time direct service delivery experience OR A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science field Associate or Independent license in AZ to provide mental health diagnostic assessment and treatment.
