The Puyenpa family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are actively seeking Contingency Operations Division Support based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of two months with the possibility of being extended. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting our efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include: Assist COD staff with clearing rooms of emergency management items, including but not limited to emergency procedure cards and emergency equipment and preparing rooms with same for incoming staff. Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary and appropriate emergency management supplies, according to direction provided by Government staff. Assist in documenting room usage and readiness status. Assist with inventory of emergency equipment on campus. Provide emergency management support and other duties as assigned by Contingency Operations Division staff. The qualified candidate will have the following knowledge and experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. High school diploma or equivalent.
