Description
As our Transmission Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to conduct power system analysis studies that support MISO's long-term transmission service request process. Additionally, you will coordinate and interact with market participants, interconnection customers, and transmission owners, engage in process improvement initiatives and project management, and take ownership of specific business practices. Our Transmission Service Engineer requires a talented professional who hold a bachelor's degree or higher in one of several engineering disciplines. Please refer to the list below for the qualifying degrees. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge. Bachelors of Electrical Engineering Technology (required)

2 years: Experience related power system planning, operations experience, or related field. (required)
Previous energy industry experience. (preferred) Specific experience within any of the following applications: PSS/E, TARA, TSAT, and VSAT. (preferred) |
