Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Relocation Policy Analyst in Parsippany, NJ. The Relocation Policy Analyst must have relocation industry experience. This is a hybrid role requiring two office days. The Relocation Policy Analyst will be responsible for the configuration of client policy data in Weichert GO. The policy analyst assists in the creation of SOPs and best practices related to the policy product in Weichert Go. In addition, the policy analyst has responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of policy data in Weichert GO.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Creates new client policies in the Weichert Go application, including the set-up of accrual budgets, managed caps, and business or employee choice flex policies.

* Modifies existing client policies as needed when directed by client service leadership.

* Develops and documents standard operating procedures and best practices for distribution to key stakeholders.

* Analyzes policy data for completeness and accuracy. When deficiencies are identified, works with leadership to develop a data integrity remediation plan.

* Performs additional client set-up actions and supports department initiatives as required.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

* Three (3) or more years of experience in workforce mobility industry

* Must be able to interpret client mobility policies

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to interact with all levels of internal management

* Ability to interact with clients in a consultative manner

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Travel up to 10% of business time (international and domestic)
