In the role of Audio Visual Administrator I, we'll count on you to: Work in coordination with our vendors, Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Support teams to manage and support all aspects of HDR's A/V environment Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of A/V technology and maximize utilization of systems Combine a A/V technical expertise with business requirements for excellent customer service Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiatives Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated A/V issues Provide support for display software applications Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise systems Request hardware and software through the requisition system as required in support of office technologies Assist the IT Support team with the inventory management of all A/V related assets Assist the IT Support team with software inventory where required Provide coordination and communication of technical support topics/issues of interest to local support teams Understand client business needs and effectively match client business needs to technology products for recommended a technology solution Work with other IT teams in support A/V processes and setup. Perform other duties as needed This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship #LI-KV1 Required Qualifications Associate degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of A/V equipment and peripherals Experience in systems operations and maintenance Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision What We Believe HDR is our company.
