Structural Engineer (PE) - Fort Worth, TX
Halff has an open position for a Structural Engineer, with a Texas PE License, to join our growing Structural team based out of our Fort Worth, TX location. This position is for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in Structural / Building Engineering interested in working on a variety of structural engineering projects. What you will do:
- Will design a variety of complete structural engineering projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, Civil Structures, and vehicular bridges
- Will manage production of construction drawings for own work
- Will review contractor submittals during construction
- Will coordinate effort with clients as well as in-house engineers
- Will assist in training less experienced staff
- Will provide CAD assistance when necessary
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
- Master's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Structural Engineering Design
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas
- MicroStation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus
