Under the supervision of a physician, the Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant Certified or Nurse Practitioner) conducts a wide variety of evaluation and examination duties for the employees of client companies, including injury and illness assessment and pre-placement and fitness-for-duty examinations. The Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider also participates in the development and maintenance of educational and preventive programs related to occupational health. This is a full-time opportunity primarily based at our St. Paul Midway and M Health Fairview - Woodbury campuses. Monday - Friday schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule subject to change). This position may require flexibility to float to other MOH sites as needed.
Summit's hiring range for this position is $108,160 to $135,200 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Bachelors of Nurse Practitioner (required)
Bachelors of Physician Assistant (required) Experience
Licensure or eligible for licensing as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Minnesota. (required)
Licensure or eligible for licensing as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Minnesota. (required) 2 years: Minimum of two years of experience practicing family medicine, emergency medicine or occupational medicine. (required) Licenses & Certifications
