Credit & Collections Manager - Alpharetta, GA

Vaco is actively seeking a Credit & Collections Manager in the Alpharetta area. This role is on-site and requires 5+ years of Credit & Collections experience and strong MS Excel skills for consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio ofaccounts and ensure timely payments with customers
  • Actively manage customer relationships along with the sales team
  • Provide regular updates for management & leadership within Finance & Credit teams
  • Work closely with any 3rd party providers
  • Resolve queries and work efficiently to analyze root cause issues and implement actions to prevent credit issues
  • Manage to KPIs and goals which are provided by Management, including collections goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a Credit Manager/Collections Manager role
  • Proven success in building& managing relationships successfully across all levels
  • Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced required - Pivot Tables, Lookups, heavy data set management)
  • Knowledge of relevant systems (Credit Reporting Tools)
  • Excellent communication skills
