Major/Essential Functions PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Develop scope and estimate for identified research construction projects. Manage the resources (including outside engineers, architects, and contractors) of all assigned research construction projects to achieve project objectives and meet customer expectations, including the development of scope, estimate, and regular on-site inspections and monitoring of assigned construction. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; three years professional work experience related to the specific assigned area. Preferred Qualifications Extensive technical knowledge and experience of engineering principles, techniques, and methods. Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, environmental controls, energy management equipment, logic systems, and related areas of work.
