Job Description

Asset Management Coordinator will facilitate numerous processes and accurately manage multiple types of documents in support of Tricon's Asset Management function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administrative processing of property and renters' insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of claims to insurers
  • Collaborate with Property Operations, Accounting, Asset Management, and third-party insurance adjusters to process an insurance claim from initiation to resolution
  • Accurately track claim and casualty data to facilitate reporting for key stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize policy and claim documents
  • Monitor the status of open insurance claims, providing updates and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and deadlines are met
  • Address inquiries and requests from internal team members and third parties in a timely manner
  • Track incoming funds to ensure accurate accounting of insurance proceeds
  • Manage email boxes associated with Insurance Claims
  • Assist in creating reports
  • Audit, collect, manage, and verify supporting documents
  • Handle special projects and additional requirements as needed
  • Assist with additional duties and ad-hoc projects within the Asset Management department

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years administrative or real estate experience, insurance or finance background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training
  • Extremely strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Demonstrate and support the organization's ethics and values and foster teamwork
  • CA Notary a plus

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$44,340.00 - $66,520.00
