Here's what you'd do:
- The Marketing manager is expected to provide end-to-end onsite support in the US for all PR and Marketing activities planned by clients across various locations in the US throughout the year, with guidance and support from the Head of Marketing based in India.
- This individual will report to the Head of Marketing based in India.
- Build and execute the PR and marketing plan for clients in the US under the guidance of the Marketing head
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with the PR agency, top-tier media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage for the CEO.
- Identify and create opportunities for the CEO to engage in high-profile media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry panels in the US to highlight the CEO's thought leadership and expertise in the AI, Data and Digital space.
- Coordinate the CEO's participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars in the US to maximize his visibility and impact.
- Manage all logistics related to the CEO's public appearances, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
- Provide onsite support in the US for the marketing events planned by clients (including Industry events) across various locations in the US throughout the year.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Provide assistance to the CEO in coordinating media interviews, speaking engagements, etc
- Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant partner organizations, vendors, media, editors, and influencers and proactively identify relevant opportunities to build client brands.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or Communications or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years experience in public relations, executive communications, media relations and B2B Marketing with a keen understanding of the technology sector.
- Minimum of 8 years experience working in a marketing role
- Minimum of 5 years experience in public relations, with a proven track record of managing executive communications and media relations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 5 years experience in liaising and building relationships with partner organizations, vendors, media houses, editors, and influencers.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Experience with IT industry
- Experience working with CEO or senior leaders to coordinate interviews, speaking engagements
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating attention to detail
