Business Litigation Associate - Tysons, VA

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join the firm's Tysons, Virginia office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles significant matters throughout the State and across the country. Womble is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Federal clerkship and big law experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition and court experience, as well as experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparation of deposition outlines and exhibits, and with skills in fact investigation and fact development. Womble also expects all associates to meaningfully participate in business development efforts and to value diversity as a core professional benefit.

Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in Virginia. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
