Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings. Our team is responsible for mission-critical functions such as High Availability and Disaster Recovery for millions of databases. This is a great opportunity to learn about and work on the internals of enterprise-class relational database engines, tackle challenging problems, and build a highly scalable and reliable data solution and service.
