Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide interviewer monitoring, training support, coaching and supervision for new telephone interviewers. The position provides dual functionality, based on the complex and varied operational needs of the Center for Medical Epidemiology and Population Health (CMEPH), which operates seven days a week and makes calls based on the time zone in which potential respondents live. The person occupying this position must be able and willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

This position provides general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties.

They will:
- Understand how tasks/activities relate to others on the team and how the team integrates with other related, similar teams.
- Organize and complete structured assignments according to priorities.
- Recognize and solve typical problems that occur in their own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options/procedures.
- Impact their own team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Communicate through the regular exchange of information.

Shift

Shift Type: Varied. Center is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Mon-Fri, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sat, 12 p.m.-8 p.m. Sun.
Flexibility for Alternative Schedules: Yes

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 2 years' supervisory experience.
Additional Training: Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior experience with human subjects and/or patient experience surveys.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $14.51-$25.33/hourly
