The Department of Biomedical Informatics, Biostatistics and Medical Epidemiology. Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide interviewer monitoring, training support, coaching and supervision for new telephone interviewers. The position provides dual functionality, based on the complex and varied operational needs of the Center for Medical Epidemiology and Population Health (CMEPH), which operates seven days a week and makes calls based on the time zone in which potential respondents live. The person occupying this position must be able and willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed. This position provides general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties. They will: Shift
Shift Type: Varied. Center is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Mon-Fri, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sat, 12 p.m.-8 p.m. Sun. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree Anticipated Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $14.51-$25.33/hourly Application Materials
