Your Day-to-Day:

• Ability to work independently using basic knowledge obtained from core college courses
• Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Skills or knowledge utilizing statistical analysis and data analytics to support problem solving.
• Ability to independently collect and compile data to support and/or execute assigned process improvement tasks.
• Apply quality control, statistical and problem solving techniques and work with cognizant personnel to identify and implement corrective actions and rate performance and effectiveness of plant programs.
• Review design and process engineering documentation to verify manufacturability and compliance to customer and quality requirements. Interface with appropriate engineering personnel to resolve implementation concerns.
• Interfacing with other internal cross functional groups on similar engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Other Related Technical Discipline Required (or equivalent).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Completion of Sophomore year college by May 2025
