THE JOB:

As a Gourmet Food Runner, you will play a critical role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering dishes with precision, supporting tableside presentations, and ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and dining room. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about upscale and fine dining who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.1037

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver dishes promptly and accurately while maintaining fine dining presentation standards.
• Tableside food presentation.
• Assist with side work such as organizing stations, polishing plates, and preparing bread and napkin folds.
• Work closely with chefs and culinary staff to anticipate and address guest needs, including allergy and ingredient inquiries.
• Support the dining team with lifting and moving plates, and maintaining clean and organized service areas.
• Provide knowledgeable and efficient service in a Forbes-inspired environment, handling fast-paced service with composure.
• Communicate effectively with management and culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of food running or bussing experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale dining environments.
• Displays a strong work ethic, willingness to take feedback, and a team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and service standards.
• Eager to engage with guests and learn the menu, including allergy details and ingredient knowledge.
