Acara Solutions is looking to hire Entry Level Equipment Technicians out in Phoenix, AZ for our client TSMC!

Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Work in cleanroom duties environment multitasking with tracking systems to monitor the semiconductor manufacturing of wafers and need to wear PPE suit and assist with parts replacement weighing between 20-50lbs.
  • Performing preventive maintenance activities on state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environment.
  • Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM.
  • Responding to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment.
  • Reviewing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for process quality and conducting defect troubleshooting.
  • Sustaining and improving spare parts management system and be responsible for full life cycle of spare parts.
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement processes, learning and skills development.
  • Performing activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Utilize your knowledge of MS Office, Excel, data tracking, and coordination in a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize tool problem solving, teamwork, documentation, and check for proper tool operation.
  • Ability to communicate with manufacturing and module team members
  • Assist in manufacturing functions, including data collection & handle tool alarm recover
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $21/Hour + 15% shift differential for night shift
Shift Schedule: 6AM-6PM- Days, alternate Wednesday (Sun - Tues OR Thurs - Sat) and 6PM-6AM - Nights, alternate Saturday (Sun - Tues, OR Wed - Fri)
Duration: Temp - Hire
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
  • Exhibit typing skills of at least 25 wpm
  • Must be able to work any shift.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
