Position Summary: Management of the day-to-day Manufacturing Engineering operation the plant level. Development and implementation of required plant projects, including Lean Enterprise initiatives. Products include quick disconnects couplings, mechanical valves and swivels, and mechanical valves. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Reports to the Plant Manager. Manager will have supervision over Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Trainee's that are in the plant. Manages department resources interacts routinely with all functional areas as well as with customers, field sales, regulatory agencies, division/group/corporate management, and suppliers. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business consideration: Pay Range: $101,874 - $169,885.
