What You'll Do Cisco's Government, Trust & Technology Services (GTTS) organization is seeking a DevOps Manager. As the Team Manager you will provide oversight, mentoring and technical direction, specifically in support of our IT Business Services and Applications. You will lead a team of IT professionals passionate about delivering outstanding IT services in compliance with US Government requirements using on-prem and cloud technologies. You are encouraged to interact with all levels of management, collaborate with teams across Cisco, and support technical and career mentorship to your team. Lead the development and implementation of IT service management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the reliable delivery of to the organization. Define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for all business IT services and ensure that they are met. Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering IT business services such as Jira, Confluence and other 3rd party business enablement tools, custom software development to solve unique internal operational business problems for our clients as well as endpoint and IAM service. Ensure that all IT systems and services follow relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work with other IT teams to ensure that IT business services are integrated with other IT systems and services to support the organization's business needs. Who You'll Work With We are a diverse team of infrastructure and application development engineers, security and network specialists that deliver and operate secure IT solutions and capabilities spanning various technical disciplines across the full-service lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the business services roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5 + years of professional work experience in IT service management, with a focus on IT services 5 + years of experience managing a team of IT professionals or processes 5 + years of work experience with software development and 3rd party tool deployment Candidate must be a US Citizen, Green Card holders are not allowed due to US Government contractual requirements Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications or knowledge Why Cisco #WeAreCisco.
