Position Responsibilities Analyze program performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements that streamline operations. Communicate program progress through clear, insightful reports and presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, provide updates and meet requirements. Organize and maintain key project documentation to ensure programs run smoothly. Support the development of long-term strategies using data-driven insights. Track project milestones and ensure resources align with deadlines. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred. 3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
