We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager, and in this role, you will use your skills to work with internal and external stakeholders to manage ongoing projects and deliver to our clients.

The Position- This position is located in Dallas, TX (On-site or Hybrid)

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Demonstrates good knowledge of specifics of the Statements of Work (SOWs) for assigned projects
  • Manages infrastructure and/or managed projects in partnership with Account Exec across multiple disciplines in general business and enterprise accounts.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties and scope of authority
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve issues
  • Required to effectively manage and coordinate several projects concurrently.
  • Administers project data in office systems (Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Participates in PMO activities, including the development of processes, standards and templates
  • Inputs data for forecast monthly
  • Must have experience hosting SCRUM meetings
  • Experience executing and delivering Agile methodologies
  • Other duties as assigned



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SCRUM Master
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • JIRA/scrum



Education and/or Experience



  • Bachelor of Engineering/BS degree
  • Minimum of 2-5 Years of experience managing information technology projects with a focus on infrastructure and professional services ideally to external customers.



Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements



  • Physical environmental factors of this position include those found in typical business office environment or home office environment.
  • Requires use of general office equipment and personal computer equipment.
  • Ability to travel. Various means of travel may be required, including auto and air travel. This position requires travel: Occasionally
  • May be required to work irregular schedules including but not limited to as applicable: Nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and/or overtime.
