Senior Configuration Analyst - Secret Clearance

WANTED: A mission-driven professional with 7 years of Configuration Management experience and an Active SECRET clearance to become our Senior Configuration Management Analyst in Annapolis Junction, MD.

As a Senior Configuration Management Analyst, you will:

• Ensure the efficient creation, storage, retrieval, and archiving of critical company documents while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Manage and oversee the organization's document management system.

A day in the life of a Senior Configuration Management Analyst:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document configuration management requirements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
• Maintaining the configuration management database.
• Oversee the tracking, identification, and control of configuration items throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures to adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive configuration audits and reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Conduct monthly scans of all environments.
• Maintain version control of operational configurations for hardware and software.
• Participate in the selection and deployment of configuration management tools and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve configuration-related issues and discrepancies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in configuration management.

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Configuration Management Analyst or related field.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime. Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.
• Due to federal requirements, only US Citizens can be considered. Candidates with dual citizenship cannot be considered

Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer's discretion. This includes being on-site during the transition period. Must be based around Annapolis Junction, MD.
