Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Staff Professional to join our dynamic pricing team, reporting to the Director of Pricing. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, analytical prowess, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as a team player. This role requires the ability to adapt to ever-evolving business needs and changes.

What You Can Expect

  • Process ModelN quotes dailyto ensure quick turnaround, helping Marvell win new business and maximize profit margins for existing business.
  • Work with Business Units (BU)to provide data analysis aimed at maximizing design-in and profit margin for Marvell's top customers.
  • Manage RFQs(Requests for Quotation), including quarterly/annual RFQs for existing business and ad-hoc RFQs for new opportunities and designs.
  • Provide datafor the annual ASP (Average Selling Price) target setting project or price action impact for Marvell's top customers.
  • Work with auditorsfor the control/audit required for this project.
  • Collaboratewith BU's, Finance, Accounting, and Demand Planning to improve the accuracy of the reserves needed for revenue recognition each month.
  • Analyzemarket trends, competitive pricing, and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentationsusing Excel and PowerPoint to communicate pricing strategies and performance to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical/operational or related field.
  • Proficiency in ModelN, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

76,900 - 115,200, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
