Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and digital-focused Website Manager to take ownership of all website operations, with a focus on configuring the site for lead generation and supporting digital marketing integration. This role will manage website functionality, including integrations, product management on the website, and navigation, to ensure it effectively supports business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding the website's current structure, improving its performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Essential Functions:



  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, including updates, monitoring performance, ensuring security, and managing product information.
  • Lead Generation Optimization: Configure and optimize website elements such as forms, landing pages, and calls-to-action to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • SEO Oversight: Implement and manage on-page SEO changes to improve organic search visibility and collaborate with external vendors for ongoing optimization.
  • Salesforce & Vendor Integrations: Manage the integration of Salesforce with website lead forms and oversee other third-party vendor integrations to ensure seamless operation and accurate lead capture.
  • Website Navigation & User Experience: Continuously assess and enhance website layout, structure, and navigation to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Audit and Optimization: Conduct regular audits of website performance and functionality, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimizations for site architecture, SEO, and user flow.
  • Website Privacy: Ensure website compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to make or direct necessary technical updates or fixes as needed.
  • Support for Digital Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align the website with ongoing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and structural improvements.


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in website management, with a strong focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and integrating lead capture forms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience managing integrations and working with third-party vendors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to conduct website audits and propose strategic improvements for user experience, privacy compliance, and conversion optimization.


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant experience, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Physical Demands/Requirements consist of standing, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching overhead, grasping, seeing, reading, speaking, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
