Coborn's Inc. is looking for a "Wheely" experienced truck mechanic to help us get our products to our guests! We have a large fleet of heavy-duty tractors and trailers so want to ensure we have the most skilled team of mechanics, that will keep our equipment in the best shape. In this role, you will maintain the company's fleet for safe distribution to stores and maintain and repair company trucks, trailers, and other equipment.

Additional Duties Include:

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on Heavy Duty tractors, and trailers, in accordance with DOT compliance and company standards including Engines, transmissions, brake systems, drive-line components, trailer floor, door and suspensions, and trailer refrigeration systems.
• Learn and perform the proper use of diagnostic electronics to troubleshoot breakdowns and fault alarms.
• Learn and perform welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Learn and perform light and medium-duty fleet repairs and maintenance, including engine, transmission, brakes, and cargo areas.
• Learn and perform powered industrial equipment and Material Handling equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Complete assigned projects promptly
• Complete work orders on all tractors and trailers, including paperwork for governmental and company purposes.
