Georgia-Pacific's EarthKraft Packaging (Mailers) team is seeking a Commercial & Customer Success Associate to join our growing business. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and suppliers, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer quality standards enabling a preferred partnership. Your focus will be on managing quality assurance processes, resolving customer quality challenges, and supporting the continued growth of our business. Location: this role will be located in Atlanta, GA but open to remote for the right candidate What You Will Do * Develop and execute a customer success strategy that differentiates GP in the market, enhancing customer satisfaction. * Lead the quality program for new products, ensuring a preferred partnership and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. * Ensure effective onboarding of suppliers, clearly communicating key quality requirements, including testing frequency, data collection, and product specifications. * Conduct quarterly supplier audits and leverage comparative testing (round-robin testing) to maintain product quality standards. * Monitor supplier production data to ensure all products shipped to warehouses meet specified quality standards. * Serve as the quality database owner, ensuring accurate data collection and effective storage of quality data. * Respond promptly to customer quality challenges, managing complaints with suppliers in collaboration with the cross-functional team. * Ensure all quality processes and products comply with relevant regulations and standards. * Identify and develop key customer success metrics for internal reporting and continuous improvement. * Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, communicate insights to the GP cross-functional team and key suppliers, and drive actions to enhance customer satisfaction. * Support customer trials for new and differentiated products and solutions.
