Market Intelligence Associate (remote) This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. The Market Intelligence Associate will bring valuable knowledge and data insights into our organization about the healthcare payer, provider, and life science markets including trends and competitive insights. Individual will learn to build and maintain strategic programs to monitor, position effectively, and support products and services against the competition. This role has responsibility internal/external competitive research, technical breakdowns, support of effective sales tools, market trends and sales deal support. Individual will work closely with Marketing to compile and analyze information on products and market conditions. Persons in this role will be able to autonomously analyze qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition aiming at increasing our solution portfolio competitiveness. Essential Functions: * Support the development and maintenance of a formalized competitive intelligence program and implementation of a central repository of information * Work closely with internal stakeholders to devise and evaluate methods for collecting competitive data (research, surveys, questionnaires, opinion polls) * Independently manage projects, utilize data analysis techniques to gather primary and secondary research and data to determine market conditions, competitive insights, and trends in the healthcare payer, provider, and life sciences market * Organizing data and information with a clear and rational thought process to assess and understand issues, evaluate options, form accurate conclusions, and compile insights and results into a presentable, actionable work product * Collaborate on communication plan approach to regularly share key insights with internal stakeholders * Learn to work closely with product marketing to develop effective competitive messages for marketing campaigns * Ability to work with external vendors, as appropriate, to procure various market intelligence * Be comfortable building relationships, collaborating and communicating at all levels within organization * Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications:
