New Holland Construction is currently in search of a Field Service Manager, located in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Kansas.



Responsibilities

    Take responsibility for the fast resolution of technical issues, and when required, help Part Support teams to minimize machine downtime
  • Work closely with the Product PTS (Product Technical Specialist) to speed up the resolution of technical issues
  • Conduct plant machine build quality inspections and operational checks as needed
  • Serve as an active part of the quick reaction team gathering and reporting facts on unit operation complaints
  • Manage and Report on Dealer Service Support KPI's assisting with improvement methods and procedures when needed
  • Dealer Quality Reporting (DAR/DPI completion and submission rates)
  • Serve as Technician and Service Management Training certification alignment to set standards and industry
  • Field Campaigns: communicate to the dealers, tracking & driving timely completion
  • Assess dealer technical capabilities, identify gaps, and develop a plan that ensures the continuous improvement of these capabilities
  • Advise New Holland CE dealers on technical support processes. Ensure accurate use of CNH Support systems (eTIM, THD, Dealer Portal Resources)
  • Measure workshop practices and profitability, setting action plans to improve Support and efficiency Standards
  • Use Customer Experience Portal to measure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the utilization of ASIP or another approved machine inspection process
  • Field warranty process management
    • Support dealers with warranty processing issues
    • Responsible to ensure dealer compliance with company warranty policies through warranty health checks as requested by leadership
    • Submit Service Contact Notes to assist CNH warranty administration teams with repair justification of claim processes completed by dealers
  • Be the first line responsible for Policy goodwill decisions in line with CNH DOA guidelines
  • Where required, be responsible for approval/rejection management of non-part request Break-Down Assistance requests
  • Travel for this position will be up to 25%


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • In leiu of Bachelors Degree, we will accept an Associate's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

The annual salary for this role is $70,500 - $103,400 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
