Job Details

Ability to perform various types of stress tests, and halter monitoring procedures, including placement of electrodes and scanning, in addition to completing all related clerical responsibilities in the function of the Heart Station.

Job Description

Participate in exercise and pharmacologic stress testing with and without nuclear imaging, including explaining the procedure to the patient Assists with emergencies that may occur before or after stress testing Assist as needed with typing and editing of reports and ECGs Interacts with co-workers, and visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous cardiovascular experience in stress lab or heart station preferred. Two years in a medical or hospital setting; familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Technician's Certification
  • Basic CPR Certification
