THE JOB:

As an Apprentice Bartender at Orla, you will play a key role in supporting a bar program that complements Chef Michael Mina's stunning Mediterranean cuisine. From assisting bartenders to maintaining a clean, organized bar area, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience that enhances the restaurant's vibrant, zesty flavors and refined atmosphere. This is a unique opportunity to grow your bar skills within a dynamic, high-volume fine-dining environment.

THE STARTING RATE:$15.5487 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist bartenders with service well drinks, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and daily maintenance of bar stock, including fridges, garnishes, and non-alcoholic options.
• Prepare classic cocktails such as gin and tonics, adhering to basic cocktail-making standards.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and take direction constructively.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
