Now hiring a Brokers Operations Manager-Sales

Responsible for the Sales Department operational functions related to broker/consultant management for sales and retention of commercial and Medicare membership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or six years of experience in health insurance industry.
  • High School degree or equivalent. Four years of experience in health insurance sales or sales administration. Must have New Mexico Health insurance license.


Responsibilities

  • Acts as the business liaison between the sales department and the brokerage/consulting community.
  • Responsible for management of all broker contracts, appointments, files and licensure.
  • Responsible for broker inquiries regarding appointments, licensure, and commissions.
  • Oversight of broker/consultant agreements.
  • Responsible for broker communications including, website, portal development, newsletters,mailing.
  • Oversight of the broker, continuing education, and training and reappointment process with OSI.
  • Duties include the operational sales functions of commercial Individual plans.
  • Performs other functions as required.
