Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager with a strong technical background. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.

Location: San Francisco - CA, Sunnyvale, CA and Bentonville, AK.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Agile Program Management - Manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
• Should have experience with Microsoft Azure software development projects. A Microsoft TPM may manage more than one project.
• Align with the program team on vision, goals, and securing cross-functional team commitments.
• Lead team meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
• Maintain visibility on program status (decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) for all collaborators.
• Remove obstacles hindering program outcomes.
• Manage integration of new and existing technologies.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning team environment.
• Act as a inspiring leader to enhance delivery capabilities and challenge the status quo.
• Mitigate risks across technical, organizational, informational, product, and data science dimensions. Drive effective technical program management practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 year of experience in project management.
• Strong technical skills in developing software on Microsoft Azure, .Net and/or Web Development.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results on time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and food safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
