Could you be the full-time hybrid Industrial Controller in Naperville, IL, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside meticulous, collaborative, and dynamic teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our US Managing Unit through your contributions in Monthly/Annual Closings, Budget, Forecasts, Financial Reporting, Performance Monitoring/Analytics. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Finance Project Managers, Management, and various Functions), provide critical support in intercompany transactions, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Close the time sheet system,



  • Produce the headcount report,



  • Explain Under/Over recovery discrepancies,



  • Establish the Best Estimate and Last Estimate of the costs,



  • Coordinate and prepare the budget exercise (Costs and Rates) of the different cost centers,



  • Business Partnering with Functions, Finance Project Managers and Management,



  • Implement, support and monitor Internal Control Requirements,



  • Provide functions and management with reliable financial data in order to assist in the decision-making

  • Experience or understanding of financial reporting and analytics,



  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,

  • Proactive in identifying cost-saving opportunities,

Compensation and Benefits



  • Salary Range: $86,200-$135,410 DOE
  • Medical HSA/FSA, Dental, Vision and 401K
  • Eligible for time off
