Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and specialized expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in elevating our project quality and efficiency, ensuring that our Verification & Validation strategies are robust and effective. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Test & Commissioning, Project Engineering, and Safety Assurance), optimize test processes, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

  Defining the Project Verification and Validation (V&V) strategy in the V&V Plan,

  
  
• 
  

  Agreeing on the Verification & Validation activity schedule with all stakeholders,

  
  
• 
  

  Optimizing allocation of tests in-house and on-site to increase efficiency and coverage,

  
  
• 
  

  Creating the project Requirement Validation Table (RVT) for technical requirements validation,

  
  
• 
  

  Managing full verification and validation of all configured functions and produced data,

  
  
• 
  

  Monitoring and reporting on activities delegated to other department experts,

  
  
• 
  

  Defining needs and overseeing the implementation of testbenches and analysis tools,

  
  
• 
  

  Representing Alstom in front of customers, partners, and auditors regarding test strategies

  Excellent communication and leadership skills,

  Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams,

  Proficiency in project management software and tools,
