Position Highlights:

  • Position: Phlebotomist
  • Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $27.32. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $18.84 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
  • Location: Patient Service Centers-Cook County, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
  • Required Travel: Yes

What you will need:

  • License:N/A
  • Education:High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Certification:CPR-BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider required and PBT (ASCP) certification preferred
  • Experience:Phlebotomy training experience strongly preferred
  • Skills:Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, reliable transportation to travel between sites required, strong customer service skills.
