Administrative Analyst Psych-ZSFG-Adult-TRS Full Time 83052BR Job Summary Under the general supervision of the DTRS Operations Manager, the Administrative Analyst works closely with the clinical and management team and is primary responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the TRC/RTC. The incumbent will participate in collaborative efforts to maintain and execute quality clinical practice, which may involve, but is not limited to ensuring compliance, monitoring client eligibility for grants, developing reports that track patient flow, leading process improvement plans to increase quality of care and clinical care efficiency in collaboration with UCSF and Department of Public Health clinicians, and maintaining electronic medical record system. The incumbent will also provide project and purchasing support to the TRC/RTC, and will serve as backup support to the TRC/RTC front desk staff, with duties including but not limited to providing telephone coverage, managing flow of patients, ordering supplies, and processing referrals. This position requires a high level of professionalism, particularly in handling highly confidential and critical clinical information. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.05 - $53.50 (Hourly Rate). UCSF/ZSFG Trauma Recovery Center (TRC)/Rape Treatment Center (RTC) is an award-winning program that is the first of its kind in California. It is a coordinated effort between the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (DPBS) and the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH). It is designed to help victims of violent crime overcome barriers to accessing mental health treatment, health care, and legal resources in the acute aftermath of trauma. Populations served include acute survivors of sexual assault, recent victims of violent crime, asylum-seeking and refugee survivors of torture and gender-based persecution in their countries of origin, and those who incur traumatic brain injury.
