The successful candidate for this position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; or Denver, CO ***Job Overview We're on the hunt for a Senior Campaign Manager for Acquisition Direct Marketing who's not only savvy in managing and executing direct marketing campaigns, but also highly skilled in developing direct marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in performance-based marketing, a deep understanding of marketing analytics, and expertise in designing and executing test-and-learn plans and audience strategies. This role involves engaging prospects through channels like email and direct mail while using performance data and customer data to derive insights that guide our strategy. If you thrive on diving into data, analyzing marketing performance, and developing insights to influence strategies, we want to meet you. Your mission: ensure our campaigns are timely, high-quality, and hit the mark every time. You'll also be responsible for spotting process improvements and making our campaigns more efficient. You'll need a proven track record of using marketing analytics to influence campaign decisions and work closely with various teams to ensure our programs are aligned with business goals. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
