Project Manager Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. Roles & Responsibilities: * Ability to play Business Analyst cum project management role * Lead project planning sessions to set project goals and objectives. * Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery. * Provide clear direction and support to project team members. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. * Develop detailed project plans using MS Project to track progress and milestones. * Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. * Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Benefit Management standards and regulations. * Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. * Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. * Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams. * Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate. * Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. * Utilize MS Project to generate reports and analyze project data. Qualifications: * Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management. * Demonstrate proficiency in MS Project for project planning and tracking. * Have extensive experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management domain. * Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Display a proven track record of successful project delivery. * Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. * Be adept at risk management and problem-solving. * Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. * Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. * Show proficiency in using project management tools and software. * Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills. * Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. *Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future* Applications will be accepted until 01/13/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
