A Brief Overview 1. Production support of CHOP's HR Technology deployment including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Reporting & Analytics, Integrated HR Service Delivery and integrations to downstream applications. 2. Analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of expanded HR Technology capabilities to meet enterprise requirements.
What you will do
- Application & User Support
- Displays working knowledge of CHOP's HR Technology applications
- Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve common HR application issues from a functional, administrative and technical perspective
- Provides 'Tier 2' support to employee, management and HR users leveraging our standard service delivery model
- Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
- Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
- Assists in trouble shooting data issues encountered by internal and external third party applications
- Project-Related Activities
- Performs Business Requirements Analysis and composes comprehensive Design Specifications
- Actively contributes in the Architecture and Configuration phases of HR Technology implementation projects
- Executes all aspects of Unit, End to End and User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
- Develops clear documentation including Knowledge Articles, Job Aides, Operational Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
- Develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools once provided clear specifications
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- At least two (2) years Relevant experience working in a Human Resources or Information Technology environment - Required
Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with cloud-based Human Capital Management Software (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Phenom People, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Business and system analysis skills
- Technology aptitude and learning ability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office applications including MS Access and MS Excel
- Database, report-writing and data analysis experience
- Customer service orientation
- Collaboration and consensus building skills

- Flexibility and adaptability
