Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FSCM Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP FSCM Dispute Management and SAP FSCM In House Cash along with demonstrated ability in IT Security and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects efficiently and contribute to the company's success.

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution.
• Supervise project timelines ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Guide in SAP FSCM Dispute Management to resolve financial disputes effectively.
• Apply SAP FSCM In House Cash to manage internal cash flows and optimize financial operations.
• Implement IT Security measures to safeguard project data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to align project goals with financial objectives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Communicate project status and updates to customers ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize potential issues.
• Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration to drive project success.
• Ensure project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Foster a positive work environment and support team members in achieving their goals.

Role Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP experience including SAP FSCM
• Possess strong expertise in SAP FSCM Dispute Management and SAP FSCM In House Cash.
• Demonstrate experience in IT Security and its application in project management.
• Solid background in Finance & Accounting with the ability to integrate financial principles into project planning.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing project tasks.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
