Manager - IBM B2B Integrator/ SAP EDI

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP EDI Standards XML IBM Sterling B2B Integrator IBM Sterling ALE EDI IDOCs and EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive our projects forward and ensure seamless integration. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP EDI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of EDI Standards and XML to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Provide expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Sterling to optimize business processes.
• Develop and maintain ALE EDI and IDOCs to support seamless data exchange.
• Implement EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC to streamline order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in EDI implementations.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of all integrations.
• Provide training and support to team members on EDI-related technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance EDI capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
• Support the application of cash to invoices to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in SAP EDI EDI Standards and XML.
• Demonstrate expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Sterling.
• Have experience with ALE EDI and IDOCs.
• Show proficiency in EDI / IDOC mapping for OTC.
• Nice to have experience in applying cash to invoices.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

Certified SAP EDI Specialist IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 to $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
