Oracle HCM Automation Lead (Remote) Location: Pleasanton, CA - Remote allowed (Travel to client location on need basis) Required Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience. Mandatory: 8+ years of experience in Automation Tools: Selenium, Python, Maven, Cucumber, Git, Rest, JDBC Frameworks: Expertise in Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven frameworks. Testing Techniques: Experience in functional, regression, and Automation testing. Integration Testing: Proficiency in validating file transfers. Platforms - Oracle HCM, OIC Integrations (both, at least exposure) Good to have: CI/CD Pipelines: Integration with Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps for test automation execution. Database Knowledge: SQL queries for data setup and validation. Integration Testing: Proficiency in validating inbound and outbound data flows, API testing, and SFTP-based file transfers. Platforms: Oracle OIC Connections, Lookups, Embedded SFTP | VBCS - Build dashboard, UI,BO's. Automation Tools: Selenium - Java, Jenkins, TestNG, SOAP Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven automation frameworks using Selenium and Python. Maintain and enhance existing frameworks for optimized performance. Develop reusable libraries, scripts, and utilities to enhance automation testing efficiency. Automate integrations for inbound and outbound data transfers, ensuring seamless communication with third-party systems. Validate data integrity using SFTP, file transfers, and API testing methodologies. Prepare detailed test strategies, test plans, and test scripts aligned with business requirements. Perform system integration testing (SIT), regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Implement automated test scripts across environments and monitor results using CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to define test strategies, lead teams, and manage project delivery Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business partners to understand and validate requirements. Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Lead the automation team, provide mentorship, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Generate test metrics and dashboards to measure test coverage and automation effectiveness. Expertise in data validation techniques, including reconciliation of large data sets. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 01/23/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $[110,000 - $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
