Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Everett, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. The Everett Clinic is looking for an ARNP with experience in Palliative care to join our Palliative Care Consult service. Ideal applicants should have demonstrated practice in palliative care and familiarity with medically complex patients, and well as comfort with prognostication and the ability to help patients and families understand their future. Applicants should be comfortable receiving and providing feedback to others on the team, and learning from each other. This role will work collaboratively with the Palliative Consult RNs, MD and Palliative Care Manager. A typical day will include a mix of home visits, phone and video telehealth visits and interdisciplinary discussions. The team's goal is to reduce suffering and non-beneficial medical care for patients near end of life; increasing appropriate hospice referrals (and number of days on hospice). In addition, the team works to support and educate our PCP and specialty practices in the clinical work of palliation. Position Highlights

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $160,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
