As Sales Enablement Analytics Manager, you will provide guidance to the sales team and proactively support sales strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely business information to drive decisions and issue resolution. You are methodical and apply rigorous quality control and process to your day-to-day activities to ensure 100% accuracy. You enjoy working with multiple teams to connect business strategy and execution.
What you will do:
- Contribute to the development of short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for sales enablement by providing data and insights to guide future planning.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and other analytical insights/reports in CRM/Seismic to improve tracking and engagement of sales optimization activities and to maximize ROI from our enablement tools/technology investments
- Partner with senior sales and sales enablement leaders in the business to understand and prioritize their needs, collaborate on analytical solutions, and drive adoption of consistent reporting practices, visualizations and tools that support the enablement function
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management, predictive analytics, Gen/AI etc. to drive continuous improvements, innovation in sales intelligence to support the enablement function
- Stay current on all INDG business priorities, industry trends, customer challenges and product enhancements
- Create and deliver consistent monthly reporting to monitor the effectiveness of enablement and training initiatives
- Assist with gathering and analyzing supportive data for GTM initiatives and sales optimization team projects
- Assist with implementation of sales enablement tools and technology
- Build relationships across the business to ensure that new training/enablement tools and technology are being adopted and effectiveness is being maximized
You need to have:
- 4 years of experience in sales reporting, advanced analytics, data science or related roles
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of customer retention lifecycle, sales processes, quote to order financial processes and the associated technologies in a B2B sales model
