Equipment Techs:
Duration: Direct Placement- Full time
Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr.
Shift: All Shift- Day and Night
Here is what you will do:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdown
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and severity
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions
  • Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions to address them effectively
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality and ensure operational efficiencies
  • Operate hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, safely and proficiently during maintenance activities
  • Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to property during maintenance operations
  • Collaborate with other team members, including supervisor, technicians to coordinate maintenance efforts and achieve departmental goals
Facilities Technician:

Facility technicians will provide support in the operation, maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facilities
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RO system, chiller system, pump system, compressed air system, and exhaust gas treatment system
  • Operate the BMS system and adjust the facilities according to the BMS system
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility system
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for electrical problems and optimization of systems

QA Specialist Technician

The Quality Assurance Specialist meticulously inspects and analyzes shipping components to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products in adherence to specified quality standards within a manufacturing environment. Position involves the implementation and oversight of quality management systems, processes, and standards to meet regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement, contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality and operational efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, Supervise, and review shipping inspection standards and specifications.
  • Address abnormalities at shipment sites to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Accompany customers during inspections, summarize results, and provide feedback while tracking and verifying inspection issues.
  • Create and administer training programs for shipment inspectors, fostering skill enhancement and comprehensive development.
  • Assist production and warehouse teams in improving shipment quality and verify the effectiveness of improvement measures.
  • Arrange sampling and identification of inventory products, report scrap products, and maintain shipment reports and data.
  • Take responsibility for shipping safety management, including hazard identification, spot checks, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer satisfaction survey plans, analyzing results, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
  • Review and revise documents quarterly, update product coding information and address issues found during internal and external audits.
QC Inspectors
Full-time, direct hire with great benefits
Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed work week)
$20-25/hr pay rate
Job Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards before they are delivered to customers. Their primary role is to inspect, test, and monitor various aspects of the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from quality requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed inspections of incoming raw materials such as solar cells, glass, frames, and other components to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor various stages of the solar panel manufacturing process, including cell assembly, lamination, framing, and testing, to identify any defects or deviations
  • Perform electrical and mechanical tests on solar panels to verify performance and adherence to specification, analyze test results and report any anomalies
  • Conduct visual inspections of solar panels for cosmetic defects, ensuring that the appearance meets quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, testing data, and any corrective actions taken, prepare reports summarizing quality performance
  • Ensure that testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained, perform regular checks on equipment to guarantee accuracy
  • Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the solar panel manufacturing process
  • Keeping up with company standards, regulations, and certifications related to solar panel manufacturing, ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety requirements
  • Provide training to production staff on quality control processes, standards, and best practices
  • Work closely with production teams and engineers to address quality issues and implement improvements
Process Technicians
Duration: Full-time, direct hire with great benefits
Pay Rate: $24-32/hr.
Shift: Hiring on all shifts, days and nights!
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.   • Adhere to all company and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing quality assurance roles
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Proficient in applying the seven QC methods for quality control.
Skilled in utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and other quality control methods.
Trained in ISO9000 system management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Acquainted with various products and manufacturing processes within the company.
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Positive working attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • Ability to prioritize.
Working conditions:
  • Works in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
