What you will do Payment Posting - posts more complex payments and reconciles all manual, electronic and electronic fund transfers (EFT) lockbox payments and batches the documents; ensures all balances are properly reflected in EPIC after remittances from 3rd party payors are processed; deciphers EOBs and accurately and efficiently posts these to EPIC Meets production and quality requirements Provides excellent customer service Completes annual mandatory educational requirements Other duties as assigned Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Required Associate's Degree Preferred Experience Qualifications At least three (3) years experience in revenue cycle Required At least four (4) years experience in Healthcare Payment Processing Preferred Skills and Abilities Excellent attention to detail, organized and computer skills, professionalism. Good working knowledge of third party insurance and public assistance programs.
