This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow and expectations, conducting check-in meetings and promoting a positive work environment. Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching, career planning discussions and year-end reviews. Lead team meetings including preparing agendas and coordinating schedules. Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed. Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. 1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you! Strong time management, organizational and communication skills. Trustworthy with impeccable attention to detail.
