Could you be the full-time onsite Logistics Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, dynamic, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and inspire the logistics teams to optimize operations and drive efficiency across warehouse, logistic engineering, and transport sectors. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain Management), ensure alignment between physical and system flows, promote a robust EHS culture, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Ensuring implementation of all standard processes & golden rules in compliance with Logistic Handbook,



  • Owning full P&L Responsibility for Budgets,



  • Optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles,



  • Participating in all aspects of safety including reporting of near misses and safety meetings,



  • Aligning key users to support critical processes and system users (training, data corrections, system KPIs),



  • Implementing the ERP solution correctly and guaranteeing the master data quality,



  • Ensuring the inventory process is in compliance with Alstom standard rules,



  • Implementing and leading Logistics standards for physical material flow,



  • Optimizing warehouse layouts, internal flows, and storage policy

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field,



  • Experience or understanding of Warehouse Management with multiple facilities supporting Manufacturing Operations,



  • Knowledge of SAP and its application in logistics and supply chain management,



  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles,



  • APICS or SCMP certification desirable or strong communication skills,



  • Ability to manage full P&L Responsibility for Budgets,



  • Skills in optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flows,



  • Proficiency in implementing ERP solutions and ensuring data quality,



  • Experience in inventory process compliance with standard rules,



  • Commitment to promoting Environment Health & Safety culture and recycling activities
