Could you be the full-time hybrid Senior Project Planning Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the on-time delivery performance of our projects by providing key time management insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Finance Project Managers, and various stakeholders), develop and maintain detailed project schedules, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Analyzing the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool, schedule structure, reporting constraints...),



  • Defining tender preparation schedule and monitoring until the submission of the tender,



  • Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and proposing optimisation & mitigation actions,



  • Contributing with the project schedule to the project strategy in compliance with the contractual requirements,



  • Participating in the definition of the project schedule interfaces with the partners and the Customer,



  • Delivering on time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level,



  • Estimating the cost of Scheduling management effort,



  • Animating and coordinating the project scheduling community,



  • Providing support to Project Core Team on all issues related to projects schedule

  • Degree in Engineering discipline or related field,



  • Experience or understanding of project planning/project controls,



  • Knowledge of P6 and other planning software,



  • Familiarity with railway products and systems,



  • Agility to manage schedules and adapt to changing project scenarios,



  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,



  • Conflict management and ability to multitask,



  • Proactive in challenging the project team and proposing solutions,



  • Comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment,



  • Forensic planning skills
